Our pre press department has all the latest applications and provides a comprehensive and obliging service. We provide ‘Pre-flight checked’ high resolution PDF, Digital or Integris proofs to match your requirements. We accept files in various formats and if needed, we can make last minute alterations to your artwork to keep projects on time.
Our Press room is equipped with state-of-the-art Heidelberg presses. Ranging from single colour B3 size presses with inline numbering and perforating, to 5 colour B2 press with inline coating for intricate full colour process + 5th colour matching. The coating unit speeds up production times and helps us meet all those deadlines you need to keep.
As with all our departments, the finishing department is both versatile and quality conscious. As a full service company, we are capable of Folding, Gather Stitching, Trimming, Die cutting, Scoring, Embossing, Collating, Numbering, Drilling and Gluing – all in house. This helps to keep costs down and lead times are not dependant on out sourced work.
